The MPR has a built-in desk tucked into an alcove, however if the living area study nook is adequate to your needs, it can become a retreat/craft/entertainment area and a sofa bed would convert it to a third bedroom when required. Of particular note is the size of the master bedroom with its spacious walk-in in robe. Also note that the living room connects with alfresco area through double sliding doors, increasing the sense of space and acting as a shaded patio.

Riverbend Agnes Water is an over-50s resort located 60-seconds from downtown Agnes and Main Beach, offering gated security, on-site management and an impressive array of recreational facilities. Unlike many developments of this nature, Riverbend homes are set well back from the street, are Colorbond fenced for privacy and have their own back yards. Owners pay a weekly fee of $200 for use of their site and maintenance of facilities, grounds and their landscaped streetscape, but note that this is inclusive of council rates. The Airlie is as individual as you are, in one of the most beautiful and uncongested beach towns in Australia.
