Riverbend Agnes Water is an over-50s resort located 60-seconds from downtown Agnes and Main Beach, offering gated security, on-site management and an impressive array of recreational facilities. Unlike many developments of this nature, Riverbend homes are set well back from the street and are Colorbond fenced for privacy. Owners pay a weekly fee of $200 for use of their site and maintenance of facilities, grounds and their landscaped streetscape, but note that this is inclusive of council rates. The Burleigh is a very beachy house, in one of the most beautiful and uncongested beach towns in Australia.
