Cabin comes as a complete walk-in-walk-out and includes:

• Split system air-conditioning

• Covered front deck
• Outdoor storage / utility room
• Covered BBQ entertaining area
• Only 2.5 hours from Canberra and 3 hours from Sydney

• Secure coded boom gate entrance

Please note the cabin is for private holiday use only. NO Airbnb & NO permanent residency. You can occupy the cabin for up to 180 days per year in maximum 60 day blocks. Please note that the park is NOT pet friendly.

The purchaser will be required to -

• Receive and agree to all terms set out in the Ingenia Holiday Parks occupation agreement.
• Be approved by Ingenia Holiday Parks for ownership of cabin
