An early career in professional motorsport, both nationally and internationally, developed Ian's competitive nature and desire to achieve success across all aspects of his professional life.

Ian entered the Real Estate industry in New Zealand at a young age and quickly became a national Top 2% Agent, eventually leading to Ian owning and operating his own real estate sales/property management business with his wife.

Upon moving to Australia, Ian's extensive experience led to various corporate/senior management roles before returning to his roots and focusing his attention on building a solid relationship based real estate sales business.
