Carrissa’s journey with McGrath Caloundra began in 2016, where she quickly became integral to our success. Her firsthand involvement in hundreds of sales alongside top-performing agent and Co-Principal Jodie Hedley-Ward has given her a profound understanding of the real estate process, from start to finish.

Carrissa has held pivotal roles, including Contracts and Compliance Manager and Sales Associate, where she partnered closely with Jodie, as well as Marketing & Communications Manager. Her experience across these roles ultimately led her to the position of Operations Manager for both our Coast & Hinterland offices, where her exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and calm under pressure have shone.

Returning to her passion for directly assisting clients on their sales journey, Carrissa continues to be celebrated for her proactive, ambitious, and compassionate approach. Her dedication makes her an irreplaceable asset to our team and our clients.
